At least there was a semblance of privacy and that people were pretty quiet the entire time I was there.

It's a capsule hotel, don't expect the world. It was fine, though I found the staff to be kind of rude. They wouldn't let me store my bags when I had gotten there early and check in being at 5pm is, in my opinion, ridiculously late.

The location to the train station is great. Breakfast was also good. The staff was amazingly friendly and very informative.

The stairs to the bathroom and shower area is way too inconvenient. There are only 2 shower rooms and no hooks to put anything on.

ive stayed here before and always enjoy the location and staff, the main area has upgraded and has much more food options where you can relax and have a nice coffee, the onsen and bathroom facility was always great and has free items. the bed is the nice capsual that i could lose time in there. its really comfy but sadly only had a short stay at the hotel.

not much to complain about, everything was great. i wish there was better luggage storage thats about it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, near multiple train stations. The rate per night was unbeatable and it even came with complimentary breakfast and free specialty coffee.

I would have liked a more cozy hangout area. Some seats with more cushion would have been awesome. A space to lounge more comfortably..

It was a very nice location, close to the bus station! Very clean, orderly, and the coffee was good ? the staff were all super nice!

Sparkling clean, great location (in front of the train station), comfortable one twin bed size room with all kinds of amenities, simple free breakfast and nice staff on the lobby for 24 hours, and a big spa which was so nice and relaxing after long traveling. Other guests were respectful.

Even if I was in economy class I felt like VIP. Great service, beda are so comfortable ( especially pillow), I am 190 and I fit just fine. They provide everything for you, from pajamas and shower gels to hair blowers and slippers. Great location, price is great… simply loved it and will stay there again if I travel to Tokyo once again.

The staff was amazing; explained everything, gave a quick tour, answered all of our questions. Location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas as it is close to the train station.

As an American, the mattress was not as soft as I was accustomed to but that didn't really matter after a long day of traveling.

Budget friendly capsule hotel in greater Shinjuku. Hotel is one block away from the train station. Friendly staff at check in.Capsule, showers, toilets were clean and comfortable.

I wish the hotel partitioned groups of capsules into separate rooms to minimize foot traffic. There were about 40 capsules on my floor and if you had the very last one, you would have to walk through all 40 to reach your bed.

The business class room was spacious enough for a capsule hotel and had two outlets, a nice light that you could control from the front and the back, and an air conditioner (mind you, the air conditioner was pretty much just a white noise machine as it didn't cool much at all). The accommodations were fantastic, providing anything you needed: towels, razors, slippers, etc. Each floor has toilets and sinks, while the first floor has the bathhouse, private showers, and laundry. The common area in the lobby was great, providing a lot of seating, some with outlets. There is a wall of manga for anyone to enjoy and coffee brewing, ice cream, and frozen dinner vending machines. There is also a free breakfast in the morning.

The laundry machine ended up being around 700 yen and took 3 hours to clean and dry, as the initial drying cycle did very little, so I had to run it 2 more times.The air conditioner in the room was a bit lackluster.

Women's floor was quiet, clean and easy to access.

Its a very quite capsule hotel - lovely, great location just a short train ride from Shinjuko and other centres - easy access to subway. good coffee downstairs, great laundry, PJs in your suite, staff are amazing - loved it

The hot water was off in showers for 2 mornings which was inconvenient but can be understood since these things happen. The floors are wooden so you can hear stomping from the upper floors when you try to sleep, but small inconvenience compared to the many other qualities of the hotel

Lots of facilities. Appreciate the gender separation. Curtain covers very well for privacy. Bathrooms had hair styling machines readily available.

Very limited bathrooms and showers. Bed was pretty uncomfortable, could use some more cushion.

Definitely, only 2 showers for too many people. And only 2 washing machines with limited schedule. Almost impossible to do the laundry unless you try at 4am
